Is The Volume Effect suitable for my hair type?
The Volume Effect was designed specifically for women with fine or thin hair. If you've tried extensions before and found they showed through, felt too heavy, or were too many pieces for your hair to hold - this was made for you. It also works beautifully for women experiencing postpartum hair loss, fine hair or breakage around the face and hairline.
How many pieces come in the set?
Three pieces. A pair of single-clip face-framing pieces (pre shaped) and one weft. Together they deliver 100 grams of hair, which is the equivalent of a full head of tape extensions, but light enough that they won't feel too heavy. The face-framing pieces are designed to sit exactly where fine hair thins most: around the face and at the hairline. The weft sits underneath at the back for fullness and volume.
Won't they be too obvious in fine hair?
No - and that's exactly why we designed a 3-piece set rather than a traditional 6-piece. Fewer pieces means fewer clips to hide, and the placement is intentional. When applied correctly, The Volume Effect is completely undetectable, even in the finest and most see-through hair.
How do I choose the right shade?
We have 14 shades available, including single-tone and two-tone options for colour-treated and highlighted hair. Match to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair rather than your roots.
