Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that you may wish to return products and we have tried to make this process quick and easy. We try to deal with returns and make refunds within 7 days of receiving your return, but promise to make all refunds within 14 working days from receipt of goods at our warehouse.

If you are unhappy with your item please contact us info@hairwonderland.com.au. We will happily exchange or refund you if it is within our 14 day return period.

If it is past 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you think you may need to return an item DO NOT use it, If the item has been used, we will reject the return. If the string used to hold the hair bundles together have been removed and hair net broken we cannot return the hair for hygiene purposes.

Please note the product will need to be returned in its original packaging exactly how you received it. Please be aware it is the customers responsibility to organise postage on any returns. We advise you use registered post to return your item. We require the hair to be mailed back to Hair wonderland HQ. Once it is received we will then exchange the product or issue you a refund.  

COLOUR MATCH
If you are unsure of what colour to choose we recommend emailing info@hairwonderland.com.au a picture of your hair from the back and side profile in natural lighting so we can assist you with a colour match.

However, if you do receive your hair and it is not the right colour please email us within 14 days and we will happily exchange the product or refund you your money.

Our clip in sets have a “test me” extension one clip piece for you to open and check your hair matches the colour extensions you purchased.

FAULTY
If you believe you have purchased a product that is faulty please contact our admin team to assist info@hairwonderland.com.au our team will assess your email and assess the hair once this has been delivered to our address. This must be completed within 7 days of receiving.

If requested all, extensions must be removed and sent within 14 days of the request. On return will examine the hair and conduct any necessary tests to determine if a manufacture fault, if a defect exists or if this a consumer fault. We will then contact you for further details and Resolution.
